It depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the condition of the place. Send us those details, or ring, and we will give you one price in writing before anything is booked. That price does not change on the day.

The whole property against a standard exit checklist: kitchen including the oven and inside the cupboards, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, blinds or shutters, skirting boards, light fittings and built-in wardrobes. Carpet steam cleaning is quoted separately because not every lease asks for it.

Yes. Many apartment buildings in the city and eastern suburbs limit move-out hours and require a booked lift or loading dock. Tell us the building rules when you book and we will schedule the clean inside them.

A week is comfortable, though we often have room sooner, weekends included. Try to have the clean land the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and nobody has walked dirt back through.

No. Many tenants leave the keys with the agent, a concierge or a lockbox. We will agree the handover with you when you book.

It helps, because we can reach every wall and cupboard. If a few things are still there, tell us and we will work around them.

Yes. We bring all products and tools, including the carpet steam machine. We only need access to power and water.

Most jobs take between three and eight hours depending on size and condition. We give you an estimate when we confirm the booking.
