Bond cleaning in Newtown

What to expect when you book us in Newtown

Newtown's terraces, share houses and apartments above shops tend to have tight stairs and busy leases. We work from your checklist and book around strata or share house move-out times.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through the property before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Newtown place.

A tip from usPhotograph each room once we finish and keep the pictures with your exit paperwork. If an agent raises anything, you have a clear record and we come straight back.
