Bond cleaning in Sydney CBD

What to expect when you book us in Sydney CBD

Sydney CBD apartments and serviced residences usually come with strict building rules. We confirm loading dock, lift and concierge requirements with you before the day so the clean runs smoothly.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through the property before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Sydney CBD place.

A tip from usPhotograph each room once we finish and keep the pictures with your exit paperwork. If an agent raises anything, you have a clear record and we come straight back.
