Bond cleaning in Ultimo

What to expect when you book us in Ultimo

Ultimo has converted warehouses, student apartments and high-rise towers near UTS and the Powerhouse. Strata rules around move-out times and lift use are common, and we work to them.

We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through the property before we leave. The price is agreed with you in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Ultimo place.

A tip from usAsk your building manager about lift bookings and loading dock hours as early as you can. Some buildings only allow trades at set times, and we schedule the clean inside them.
